A magical immersive experience in the world of lavender
Early summer is a magical time to visit Vigne di Fagnano and walking among the lavender fields, blooming in tripude of blue/violet colours, soaking up the scent of this essence with a thousand beneficial properties.
At Vigne di Fagnano, approximately 5,000 lavender plants grow hand-harvested and organically grown. The two vast fields, nestled in the Langhe hills, are colored from June to August and vibrate with the fluttering of butterflies, bumblebees, and the bees from our hive.
From mid-July, the hand-made harvesting begins. The lavenders are then processed to create decorative bouquets, natural jute linen scented sachets, and essential oil.
The essential oil is produced using steam extraction from an aluminum still.
The oil and hydrolate are then bottled in hand-decorated glass bottles.
Combined with a relaxing stay at the facility, the experience allows you to experience the process firsthand, take home the bouquets, bottles, and, above all, a magical memory of walks in the fields, the scents, and the tactile experiences.

During the summer, an immersive experience is available that allows you to experience each stage, from pruning to extraction.
