This “One day with a Somm” experience is normally designed to show you both Barolo and Barbaresco valley, in order to understand the geography, the different terroir and the wines. The wine tour focuses on authenticity, tradition and the Piemontese cultural heritage.
The Wine Tour includes 2 winery visits and tastings, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, transportation and a Certified Sommelier as a guide for the day.
These are the wine areas we can explore together: Barolo, Barbaresco, Roero, Monferrato, Alta Langa (feel free to inquire for others). You will learn about the diversity of soils, the complexity of the wines and our winemaking culture.
