Manila is a certified YTT 200h + 300h yoga instructor and has taken several specialization courses at the https://kavaalya.com international yoga school.
She regularly practices hatha yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, ashtanga vinyasa, and vinyasa yoga.

Yoga is an ancient discipline that stimulates the union between body, mind and breathing, originating in India as a practice of meditation and spirituality and today it is recognized as a path of psycho-physical well-being.
The practice is characterized by a series of static and dynamic body techniques of stretching, balance, flexibility and toning, in combination with breathing. Regular practice allows you to achieve benefits on a physical level (by releasing tension, toning the muscles, mobilising the joints and stimulating the functionality of the internal organs) and on a mental level (improving concentration, reducing anxiety levels, improving sleep quality).
The practice of yoga is suitable for everyone: you don’t have to be flexible or experienced to do yoga, but practicing yoga increases flexibility and well-being.
