At Vigne di Fagnano, guests receive a familiar, immersive and authentic experience also at the table! We do not have a real reception or a bar, because the “room” service is available at all times and in every environment, as in a private home. The dishes are homemade, freshly prepared, with ingredients that come from our vegetable garden or from local producers. The cakes, bread, jam, are homemade, with simple recipes, as grandmothers used to make them or they would have made them if they had known ginger in those days.
With tomatoes and basil from the garden and naturally leavened bread, bruschetta and caprese become gourmet experiences.
With the selection of local cold cuts and cheeses, aperitifs are more delicious than ever! Every ingredient is carefully sourced and served with passion.
Each visitor is greeted with the respect of a guest and the warmth of a friend. They are led by Carlo and Manila in the discovery of treasures and anecdotes of the noble farmhouse, as well as the Langhe territory and its food and wine...”
