You will experience a well-kept world, which may sometimes be imperfect, because it is made up of craftsmanship, tradition and stories lived and told with passion.
The estate dates back to the late 1600s, it belonged for a long time to the Piedmontese noble family of Ravone Anfossi and is linked to important events of the partisan resistance and the history of the Langhe. It consists of the main building, the holiday home of the noble Piedmontese family, and large service rooms for the rural activities of the farmhouse: warehouses, barns and cellars.
The suites are in the main building, a part that still maintains the charm and sober elegance of the rural noble residences of that period: frescoed vaulted ceilings, intense and palpable colours, large rooms, original cement tiled floors, antique terracotta and wood. The indoor and outdoor environments have been carefully designed to allow you to experience (and be part of) nature in a harmonious and sustainable way, from dawn to dusk, in absolute relaxation.
Vigne di Fagnano is not just a hotel, it is an epicurean and intimate place to immerse yourself in an experience of escapism, well-being and hedonism.

Materials, scents and light play an essential role in the setting, as do books and photographs!
Books are not a mere furnishing element, but an invitation to rediscover literature, poetry, the materiality of the pages as you leaf through them. Each room hosts a selected chamber library, with literary suggestions ranging from the verses of Pavese to Ovidio, from classical literature to the illustrated books of Milo Manara and photographic table books.
Photographs are everywhere and come from the private collection of Carlo and Manila: unique pieces of photographic portraits on hand-printed film, which take up the themes of eroticism, Roman history and street art.
Seven suites, which can be rented individually or as a complete Villa
Vigne di Fagnano houses 7 suites, to be rented individually or as a whole villa per week, surrounded by the hills and with a splendid internal courtyard. In addition to the rooms, the Relais offers large and refined environments, indoors and outdoors, for events, sports or simple relaxation.

Visit the galleryThe grounds consist of an internal courtyard, under the canopy of a monumental centuries-old maritime pine and the surrounding land, leading into a series of lounges, avenues, pergolas and cultivation enclosures with vegetables, herbs, vines and flowers.
The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by the hills, bordered by lawn and ancient Langa stone, with views of the vineyards and organic lavender fields, from which our bees produce a wonderful lavender honey.
Next to the pool, a cabin hosts a well-equipped Technogym.
In the ancient cellars of the 17th century there is a wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath and hydromassage.

Vigne di Fagnano is a hospitality project “outside the box”, originating from an idea of the owners, Carlo and Manila, which was then further developed thanks to their cultural, personal and professional background.
After an international career, Manila and Carlo fell in love with the “Buon Vivere” (“good living”) of these hills and decided to create a place where elegance and refinement express themselves in harmony and authenticity, whilst respecting the soul of this land.
Manila, Carlo and their son Jago live at Vigne di Fagnano, where they cultivate the vegetable garden and manage the day-to-day details regarding hospitality because – they say – “living here is a privilege. Sharing it with guests is our pleasure and our mission.”
